Strategic fundraising and advocacy is performed by our Executive Director, Danielle Felder (she/her/hers). She leads efforts to engage government officials and agencies in Colorado to promote the advocacy and fundraising opportunities to benefit all Colorado Clubs. She further supports the Clubs by working with foundations, companies and individuals to create partnerships that can help with programming and initiatives across the state. She brings expertise from her time as a lawyer and her passion for expanding workforce development opportunities for youth. She graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor's of Science in International Business and Finance and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School.

Grants & Compliance Manager
Grant management and administration is conducted by our Grants and Compliance Manager, Christina Simonetti (she/her/hers). She works with all of the Clubs and their program staff to support and align grant-related objectives, compliance, and reporting for statewide funders. She brings expertise from her work in youth and victim advocacy as well as her roles in program management, grant writing and reporting, research, and community engagement. Christina is originally from Florida, where she graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies. She moved to Colorado where she earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Trainings & Communications Coordinator
Grant compliance training, professional development, and communication is facilitated by our Trainings & Communications Coordinator, Leila Benedyk (they/them/theirs). They work with Clubs across Colorado to organize statewide training, youth development standards, and manage internal and external communications. Leila brings an aptitude for logistical administration from their time working with Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver, as well as facilitation expertise from their background in teaching. Leila graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Sociology and Rhetoric & Composition, and then moved to Colorado to earn a Master’s Degree in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, Denver.
